
Jennifer serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Culture for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. With over 28 years of experience in Human Resources, she is charged with creating a world class workplace culture that supports the mission of the organization. In addition, her position carries the responsibility to foster empathy, collaboration, and flexibility within our organization while encouraging innovation, stabilizing the organization during disruption, and ensuring we adapt quickly to sudden new challenges faced by the organization and its team members. She serves as talent and human capital counsel to the CEO, senior staff, officers, team members, producer leaders, state partners and industry stakeholders.
She grew up in the ranching community of Jordan, Montana, where she developed a love for the cattle industry and its people. Some of her best memories are of wagon rides and long cattle drives with family who were also influential in western art.
Jennifer has a Master of Science from Regis University in Psychology. She lives in Westminster, Colorado, with her husband, Joe. They have four children, Skyler (2003-2008), Christa, Cooper, Marley and their dog Chewbecca.
