Eric serves as the Vice President of Compliance in the Denver office of NCBA. He ensures programs, policies and practices, and all associated activities are in compliance with the requirements of NCBA’s funding sources as well as internal requirements. 

Eric did not grow up in the agriculture industry, but he gained experience in association management with his work at USA Cycling and the United States Olympic Committee. He gained his compliance experience in the healthcare software industry where he oversaw Sarbanes Oxley testing and various compliance functions for publicly-traded companies. 

Eric lives in a 100-year-old home that has historical designation in Littleton, CO. Maintaining, updating, and repairing the home keeps him quite busy. But, Eric's true passion is chasing trout on the majestic rivers in the West along with some simple downtime at his fly-tying bench.
